1. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using third-party shipping carriers.
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the Customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.
ValidGrad.com is not responsible for:
- delays caused by shipping carriers
- packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer
- packages confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

2. International Shipping Fees and Customs Duties
2.1 For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping costs paid to us.
2.2 We have no control over what charges may be assessed, as customs policies and import fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for current charges prior to ordering internationally.
2.3 By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for paying any such additional costs upon delivery. Failure to pay assessed customs fees may result in the shipment being abandoned or returned to us at your expense.
2.4 We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs clearance procedures or inspections. Please allow additional time for international transit and customs processing.
3. Order Reprocessing
Once an order has been created and shipped, any requests for changes, modifications, or corrections that were not due to an error on our part will be subject to a $30 reprocessing fee. This fee covers the cost of materials, labor, and reshipping. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before submission to ensure accuracy.
