Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that the purchase represents a custom manufacturing service.
Customers agree to contact support@validgrad.com to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback after production has begun may be considered a violation of this Agreement.
ValidGrad.com reserves the right to submit this Agreement, order records, proof approvals, and production documentation to payment processors in response to payment disputes.
